Notification

The 25th January, 2023

No. G.S.R. 6/Const./Art.309/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of

the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana

State Accounts Service (Group B) Rules, 2013, namely:-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana State Accounts Service (Group B) Amendment Rules, 2023.

2.

In the Haryana State Accounts Service (Group B) Rules, 2013, for rule 5, the following rule shall be

substituted, namely:-

“5. Age.- No person shall be appointed to any post in the service by direct recruitment who is less than

eighteen years or more than forty-two years of age, on or before the last day of the month preceeding the last

date of submission of application to the Commission or any other recruiting authority:

Provided that a relaxation in upper age limit shall be admissible to the persons of various categories as

prescribed by the Government from time to time.”.
