The 27th January, 2023

No. 40/SW(3)/2023.—In continuation of order No. 271/SW(3)/2022 dated 18.10.2022 and in pursuance of

provision of Sub-Sections (1) and (2) of Section (5) of RTI Act-2005 (22 of 2005) as amended from time to time the

Governor of Haryana is hereby pleased to designate Smt. Rajbala Kataria, Joint Director as First Appellate Authority

and Smt. Poonam Raman, Joint Director as State Public Information Officer at State Level Women and Child

Development Department, Haryana till further orders.
