Notification

The 30th January, 2023

No. 1/RERA GGM Directions 2023.— In exercise of the power conferred by Section 37 of the Real Estate

(Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram hereby amends

the No. 1/RERA GGM Directions 2019 dated 10th May, 2019 notified in the Haryana Government gazette as

follows:

1.

Short Title, Commencement and Extent:

(a)

These Direction may be called the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram Real

Estate Bank Accounts for the Registered Projects First Amendment Directions, 2023.

(b)

These directions will come into force from the date of their publication in the official gazette.

(c)

These Directions shall apply to all matters falling within the jurisdiction of the Real Estate

Regulatory Authority, Gurugram.

2.

In the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram Bank Accounts for the Registered Projects

Directions, 2019 for clause (ii) of direction 5 the following clause shall be substituted:

“(ii) Creation of lien on fixed deposits in 70% RERA Account for bank guarantees may be allowed

only to the extent of those charges which are a fit charge under 70% RERA ACCOUNT.”
