The 13th April, 2023

No. 01/05/2022-1AR.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 15 of the Right to

Information Act, 2005 (Act 22 of 2005) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana,

hereby, on the recommendation of the Committee as specified in the above said sub-section, appoints the following as

State Information Commissioners in the State Information Commission, Haryana with effect from the date of their

joining as such after taking the requisite oath:-

1.

Sh. Pradeep Kumar Shekhawat

2.

Dr. Kulbir Chhikara

3.

Dr. Jagbir Singh

2.

The terms and conditions of their appointment shall be regulated in accordance with the provisions of the

Right to Information Act, 2005 and the Right to Information (Term of Office, Salaries, Allowances and Other Terms

and Conditions of Service of Chief Information Commissioner, Information Commissioner in the Central Information

Commission, State Chief Information Commissioner and State Information Commissioner in the State Information

Commission) Rules, 2019.
