No. 09/40/2022-1CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (3) ofsection 4 of the Haryana
Municipal Act,1973 (24 of 1973) and with reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department,
notification No. 9/40/2022-1CII, dated the 26th July, 2022, the Governor of Haryana hereby includes the area of
villages Rasoi, Sersa (part) and Nangal Kalan (part) within the limits of Municipal Committee, Kundli, district
Sonepat as specified in the Schedule given below, namely:-

North:- Starting from Sehda Daheja village Pritampura, Badh Malik and revenue estate village Rasoi north west
