No. HSDM/ABEAS/1:- In exercise of the powers conferred under rule 5 of the Aadhaar Authentication for

Good Governance (Social Welfare, Innovation, Knowledge) Rules, 2020 and in reference to letter No.13(4)/2020-

EG-II(Vol-7), dated the 14th June, 2023, issued by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology,

Government of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby notifies the use of Aadhaar authentication services, using

Yes/No or/and eKYC authentication facility, on voluntary basis, for establishing the identities of individuals enrolled

under various skill training schemes implemented by the Haryana Skill Development Mission, for the purpose of their

attendance.
