No. CGEH/08/2023/178.— In view of request made by the Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad, vide his memo

No. 2689/MB, dated 22nd August, 2023, I, Justice H.S. Bhalla (Retd.), Commissioner, Gurdwara Elections, Haryana,

in exercise of the powers conferred under rule 8 of the Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee

(Delimitation of Wards and Election) Rules, 2023, hereby modify the notification No. CGEH/08/2023/161, dated

17th August, 2023 and appoint/designate Joint Chief Executive Officer, Faridabad Metropolitan Development

Authority, Faridabad as Returning Officer for ward No.40 of the Haryana Sikh Gurdwaras Management Committee

in place as Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Badkhal, District Faridabad.
