Notification

The 11th October, 2023

No. G.S.R. 22/Const./Art. 309/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to Article 309

of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana

Food and Supplies Department (Legal Metrology Organisation) sub-office (Group-C) Service Rules, 2001, namely:-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Food and Supplies Department (Legal Metrology Organisation)

sub- office (Group-C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2023.

2.

In the Haryana Food and Supplies Department (Legal Metrology Organisation) sub-office (Group-C) Service

Rules, 2001, in Appendix B,-

(i)

under column 3 and 4, against serial number 4a, for the existing item (i), the following item shall be

substituted, namely:-

“(i)

10+2;”;

(ii)

under columns 3 and 4, against serial number 4b, for the existing item (i), the following item shall be

substituted, namely:-

“(i)

10+2;”;

(iii)

against serial number 7,-

(a)

under column 3, in item (i), for the word” Matric”, the figures and sign “10+2” shall be

substituted;

(b)

under column 4, under heading ‘By Transfer for Deputation’, in item (i), for the word “Matric”,

the figures and sign “10+2” shall be substituted.
