Notification

The 20th October, 2023

No. 59/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 and sub-section (5) of

section 15 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the

recommendations of the Council hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and

Taxation Department, notification No. 35/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 35/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017,-

(A)

in Schedule I – 2.5%, -

(i)

after serial number 92 and entries thereagainst, the following serial number and entries thereagainst

shall be inserted, namely:-

(B)

in Schedule III – 9%,

(i)

against serial number 13, under column (3), for the words and figures “of heading 1905”, the words,

figures and sign “of heading 1905; food preparation of millet flour, in powder form, containing at least

70% millets by weight, pre-packaged and labelled” shall be substituted;

(ii)

after serial number 25 and entries thereagainst, the following serial number and entries thereagainst

shall be inserted, namely:-
