Notification

The 4th November, 2023

No. S.O. 36/H.A. 32/2006/S.47/2007.— In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (1) read with

sub-section (2) of section 47 of the Haryana Private Universities Act, 2006 (32 of 2006), the Governor of Haryana

hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Private Universities Rules, 2007, namely:-

These rules may be called the Haryana Private Universities (amendment) Rules, 2023

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

In the Haryana Private Universities Rules, 2007, in Annexure-1, in para (x), the brackets, words and signs

“(Land, if leased from private bodies/persons is not acceptable.)” shall be omitted.
