Notification

The 8th November, 2023

No. 869.— Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana that the specified below is needed urgently to the

Public expenses for the public purpose, namely construction and Stg. road from Isherwal Sharwa Hisar Siwani

Tosham (Miran to Hisar) road Tehsil Tosham Distt. Bhiwani.

It is hereby notified that the land in the area described below is required for the above purpose.

This notification is made under the provision of section 11(I) of Land Acquisition Act, 20l3 (Act 30 of 2013)

forthe information of all to whom may concern.

In exercise of the powers conffered by aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana hereby authorizes the

officers of PWD B&R Department Haryana with their servants and workmen for the time being engaged in the

undertaking to enter upon and survey the land in the area and to allow other Acts required or permitted by that

section.

Any person interested, who has any objection to the acquisition of any land in the area may, within a period

sixty days of the publication of this notification in the officials Gazette, file and objection if any in writing before the

Land Acquisition Collector, Public Works Department (B&R) Branch Bhiwani.

The Plan of the land may be inspected in the offices of Land Acquisition Collector, Public Work Department

(Building and Roads Branch) Bhiwani and the Executive Engineer Provl. Divn. PWD B&R Br., Bhiwani.
