I, Jasmahinder Singh son of Sh. Jai Singh resident of VPO Barna, Tehsil Thanesar, District Kurukshetra,

Haryana. I have changed my name from Jasmahinder Singh to Jasminder Singh. In future I will be known as

Jasminder Singh only.
