Notification

The 22nd November 2023

No. 02/13/2023-4IB-II.— In pursuance to the provision under Section 6 (Sub-section 6.1.2 (B)–Infrastructure

Industry) of the Haryana State Data Center Policy, 2022 notified vide No. Admn./300/2SIT/17605- 06 dated

7th July 2022 and as amended from time to time, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to notify the following

provision with regard to the Data Center Industry with effect from the date of notification:

“Data Centers (as covered under this policy) are declared as a separate Infrastructure Industry.”
