Corrigendum

The 29th November, 2023

No. 02/03/2023-1IB-II.— The Corrigendum is hereby issued in reference to the ‘Revised Assistance for

Technology Acquisition Scheme’ notified vide Notification No. 02/03/2023-1IB-II dated 21.04.2023 under Haryana

Enterprises and Employment Policy-2020.

In addition to the requisite documents mentioned at Annexure-I of the aforesaid scheme, the applicant units

shall obtain and upload the following documents to examine and process their applications:

(i)

The Foreign Patents should be uploaded by the applicant unit alongwith translated version in English

from the concerned patent issuing authority of the respective country.

(ii)

The manufacturer of the machinery with latest technology shall issue a certificate (including translated

version in English) that the machinery sold to the applicant unit vide concerned Invoice Number &

Date is equipped with the patented technology bearing respective Patent Number.

(iii)

Such patents/certificates shall also be got authenticated/validated by the Controller General of Patents,

Designs & Trade Marks, O/o DPIIT, Government of India.
