Notification

The 7th December, 2023

No. 9/70/2023-4C II.- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (8) of Section 10 of the Haryana

Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973) and in reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department

order No. 9/70/2023-4CII dated 28th September, 2023, the Governor of Haryana hereby allots the seats of the

Municipal Committee, Ateli Mandi, District-Mahendergarh amongst 12 wards for the purposes of election of

members in the said municipality, namely:-

Out of 12 wards, 02 wards viz ward numbers 4 and 6 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the

Scheduled Castes, out of which ward numbers 4 shall be reserved for the member belonging to the Scheduled Castes

Women. Ward numbers 1 and 12 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes ‘A’ , out of

which ward number 1 shall be reserved for the member belonging to the Backward classes ‘A’ Women. Ward

numbers 3 and 7 shall be reserved for the Women.
