Notification

The 11th December, 2023

No. 1/108/2022-1TCP.— In the exercise of the powers conferred by Section 20 of the Real Estate

(Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and all other powers enabling on that behalf, the Governor of Haryana is

pleased to appoint Shri Arun Kumar R/o House No. 105, New Moti Bagh, New Delhi as the Chairperson of Real

Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram, Haryana and Shri Parneet Singh Sachdev, Principal Chief Commissioner of

Income Tax, Aaykar Bhavan, Sector-17, Chandigarh as Chairperson, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Panchkula,

Haryana with effect from the dates they will assume the charge of the posts.

2.

The tenure of the office of the Chairperson, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Haryana, Panchkula and

Gurugram shall be five years or till attaining the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier.

3.

The terms and conditions of service of appointment will be notified separately.
