The 13th December, 2023

No. 9/16/2023-4CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Haryana

Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973) and with reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department,

notification No. 9/16/2023-4CII, dated the 5th April, 2023, the Governor of Haryana hereby includes the area lying

between the existing boundary as defined in the Haryana Government, Local Government Department (Committees),

notification No. 60/6/92-3CI, dated the 3rd August, 1995 and as specified in the Schedule given below within the

limits of Municipal Committee, Gharaunda, district Karnal, namely:-

Schedule of Boundaries

North:- Starting from point no. “A” as shown in the map which is from village Hasanpur road Rectangle no. 2 Kila

No. 2, 3 in East side crossing Bazida canal towards Northern boundary which is point no. “B” which is North west

corner of Rectangle no 22 kila no. 1. Then from point “B” crossing National Highway-44 moving toward south along

National Highway – 44 upto North West corner of Rectangle 28 kila no. 2 and from Rectangle 28 kila no. 2 moving

towards Nort to East crossing Bastara road upto point “C” which is North East corner of rectangle no.24, Kila 24.

East:- Starting from the point “C” as shown in map, which is Kila No. 24 of Rectangle No. 24, moving in South

direction on the Municipal boundary upto Point No. “D” which is Kila No. 13.18 of Rectangle No. 99, Crossing

Gyanpura Road and moving towards south, crossing Panouri road along boundary of village Jaroli upto point “E”

which is Kila no.09 of rectangle no.155 moving towards East upto point “F” which is kila no.12 of Rectangle no.184

South:-Starting from point “G” as shown in the map, which is Kila No. 13 of Rectangle No. 211, moving west along

the boundary of village Dingar Majra upto point “H” which is west corner of Kila No. 21 Rectangle No. 189. From

point “H” moving south along village Dingar Majra road boundary to the corner of point “I” crossing village Dingar

Majra road whose rectangle number 208 to the corner of Kila no.5 moving along village Dinger Majra road in west

direction which is North East corner kila no 16 rectangle no.191 and from north-east corner turning towards south

upto point “J” touching the municipal boundary, kila no.15 rectangle No. 206 and moving along Municipal Boundary

and along village boundary of Garhi Multan touching National Highway-44 which is point “K” whose Kila No. is 23

and rectangle no. 217. From point “K” Crossing the National Highway-44 upto point “L” which is kila no.2 rectangle
