Notification

The 18th November, 2023

No. G.S.R. 27/Const./Art. 309/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the

Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana State

Co-operation Department Head Office and Sub-offices (Group C) Service Rules, 1989, namely:-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana State Co-operation Department Head Office and Sub-offices (Group C)

Service (Amendment) Rules, 2023.

2.

In the Haryana State Co-operation Department Head Office and Sub-offices (Group C) Service Rules, 1989, in

Appendix B,-

(i)

under heading Head Office, under columns 1, 2, 3 and 4 against serial number 6, for the existing

entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

10+2;

(ii) Should have a valid driving

licence of light vehicle at

least three years old;

(iii) Should have passed the

driving test conducted by the

(iv) Should not be colour blind;

(v) Hindi or Sanskrit as one of

the subjects in Matric or

Hindi as one of the subjects

in Higher Education.

By Promotion—

(i)

Matric;

(ii) Should have a valid driving licence of light

vehicle at least three years old;

(iii) Three

years

experience

as

Group-D

employee;

(iv) Should have passed driving test conducted by

the department;

(v) Should not be colour blind;

(vi) Should not be above fifty years in age;

(vii) Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects in

Matric or Hindi as one of the subjects in

Higher Education.

By Transfer or deputation—

(i)

10+2;

(ii) Should have a valid driving licence of light

vehicle at least three years old;

(iii) Three years experience as Light Vehicle

Driver;

(iv) Should not be colour blind;

(v) Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects in

Matric or Hindi as one of the subjects in

Higher Education;

(vi) If not already working on the post of Driver

then his age should not be more than fifty

years.”;
