Notification

The 5th January, 2024

No. 9/88/2023-4C II.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (8) of section 10 of the Haryana

Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973) and in reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department

order No. 9/88/2023-4C II dated 28th November, 2023, the Governor of Haryana hereby allots the seats of the

Municipal Committee, Hathin, District- Palwal amongst 14 wards for the purposes of election of members in the

said municipality, namely:-

Out of 14 wards, 02 wards viz ward numbers 4 and 9 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the

Scheduled Castes, out of which ward numbers 4 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes

Women. Ward number 3 and 10 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes ‘A’ , out of

which ward number 10 shall be reserved for the member belonging to Backward Classes ‘A’ Women. Ward numbers

5, 6 and 13 shall be reserved for the Women.
