The 12th January, 2024

No. 6/65/2018-1Lab.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Payment of

Wages Act, 1936 (Central Act 4 of 1936), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Dr. Rinku, Assistant Labour

Commissioner to be “Authority” to hear and decide all claims arising out of deductions from wages, or delay in

payment of wages, of persons employed or paid in that area, including all matters incident to such claims, within their

respective jurisdiction, in the State of Haryana.
