Notification

The 18th January, 2024

No. 1/RERA GGM Directions 2024.— In exercise of the power conferred by Section 37 of the Real Estate

(Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram hereby amends

the No. 1/RERA GGM Directions 2019 dated 10th May, 2019 notified in the Haryana Government gazette as

follows:–

1.

Short Title, Commencement and Extent:

(a)

These Directions may be called the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram Real

Estate Bank Accounts for the Registered Projects First Amendment Directions, 2023.

(b)

These directions will come into force from the date of their publication in the official gazette.

(c)

These Directions shall apply to all matters falling within the jurisdiction of the Real Estate

Regulatory Authority, Gurugram.

2.

In the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram Bank Accounts for the Registered Projects

Directions, 2019 in the Affidavit at the end and under heading ―Bank‘s undertaking‖ in the first line the

words ‗(the company)‘ and bracket shall be omitted.

3.

In the said Directions at the end under heading ―Bank‘s undertaking‖ for the words ‗(the company)‘ and

bracket the following table shall be substituted.
