Notification

The 19th January, 2024

No. 32/6/2002-4-IB-I.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 48 of the Land

Acquisition Act, 1894 (Central Act 1 of 1894), the Governor of Haryana hereby partly withdraws from the

acquisition of land as specified below in respect of which Haryana Government, Industries Department, notification

No. 32/6/2002-4-IB-I, dated the 15th November, 2002, issued under section 4 of the said Act, published in the

Haryana Government Gazette (Extraordinary), dated the 15th November, 2002 and declaration under section 6

thereof was made vide Haryana Government, Industries Department, notification No. 32/6/2002-4-IB-I, dated the

12th November, 2003, published in Haryana Government Gazette (Extraordinary), dated the 12th November, 2003

and Order under section 7 of the said Act was issued vide Haryana Government, Industries Department, Order No.

32/6/2002-4-IB-I, dated the 27th October, 2004, namely for development of integrated complex for Industrial,

Institutional, Commercial and Recreational and other public utilities in villages Begumpur Khatola, Narsinghpur and

Khandsa, tehsil and district Gurgaon.
