road accident on Dt. 20/10/2021 at 08:15 AM in City Bhavnagar Gujarat as per F.I.R. and panchnama the accident

occurred. The applicant filed as under MV Act sec-166 to recover the compensation Rs. 50,00,000/- and MV Act

sec-140 to recover the compensation Rs. 25,000/- as interim relief before this tribunal.

Therefore The Guardian of Injured Person has file MACP claim No. 274/2019 through his Advocate against

you oppo. 1 & 2 & 3 Insurance Company of your Vehicle in this MAC Tribunal, Bhavnagar.

The above MAC petition is Fixed on Date-05/02/2024. Therefore you Opp. No. 1 is directed to remain present

on this day at 10:30 A.M. in person of through your Advocate to submit your reply of Objections of this Claim
