HARYANA REAL ESTATE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL, CHANDIGARH

Notification

The 2nd February, 2024

No. 90.— In exercise of powers vested in the Tribunal by virtue of Section 53(2) of the Real Estate

(Regulation and Development) Act,2016, following Regulations are made:-

(i)

The Chairman, Haryana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal may call periodical meetings/ interaction

with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authorities, Panchkula and Gurugram to streamline

the proceedings in order to achieve the objectives of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development)

Act, 2016.

(ii)

The Chairman, Haryana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal may call records and reports from the Authority

from time to time, if required for just decision of an appeal.

(iii)

The employees of the Tribunal who have to visit other offices for official work, may apply for

issuance of Identity Card and the Registrar will issue the same with prior approval of the

Hon'ble Chairman.
