Order

The 11th March, 2024

No. SEC/4E-II/2024/104.— Whereas, the State Election Commission, Haryana vide its notification

No. SEC/E-II/2023/289, dated 25.01.2023 had notified the name of Smt. Manju as Chairman, Panchayat Samiti

Hasanpur, District Palwal under Section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

And whereas Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Palwal vide his letter

No. 9513, dated 05.03.2024 has informed that in a meeting held on 29.02.2024 “No Confidence Motion” has been

passed against Smt. Manju, Chairman, Panchayat Samiti Hasanpur, District Palwal and the Deputy Commissioner,

Palwal has requested to de-notify her name accordingly.

ln view of above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Smt. Manju as

Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Hasanpur, District Palwal with immediate effect.
