Notification

The 14th March, 2024

No. 2/7/2024 - 2Lab.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) read with Sub-section (3) of

Section 18 of the Building and Other Construction Workers’ (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service)

Act, 1996 (Central Act 27 of 1996), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following amendments in the

notification No. 11/6/2006-2 Lab dated 20.08.2021, namely:-

(i)

In first para the words “Labour and Employment Minister, Haryana” shall be substituted with words “Labour

Minister, Haryana”.

(ii)

under heading “Representative of the State Government” serial number 1 the words “Minister of State,

Labour and Employment, Haryana” shall be omitted.

(iii)

under heading “Representative of Employers” serial number 1 to 5 shall be substituted, namely:-
