Notification

The 5th April, 2024

No 02/11/2019-2Lab, whereas, vide Notification No. 02/11/2019-2Lab, dated 16.05.2019, vide which Joint

Director, Industrial Safety and Health, Gurugram O/o Additional Labour Commissioner (NCR), Gurugram was

designated as First Appellate Authority within his respective jurisdiction for the purpose of Right to Information

Act, 2005.

Now in partial modification of the earlier notification by exercising the power conferred by the sub-section (1)

of section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (Act No. 22 of 2005), the Governor of Haryana hereby

designates Joint Director, Industrial Safety and Health, Faridabad as First Appellate Authority, within his respective

jurisdiction, for the purpose of the said Act and rules made thereunder. Both the aforesaid authorities will discharge

their duties within respective jurisdiction.
