No. 14/32/2024-3PH.— Government of Haryana hereby constitutes the District Level Survey Committee

(DLSC) for conducting the fresh survey of manual Scavengers / insanitary latrines as per Manual Scavengers

Rule 11(2), 11(18) and 11(19) of “The Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation

Act, 2013 (MS Act, 2013)” with the following Composition:-
