Notification

The 27th September, 2024

No. SEC/4E-II/2024/801.— Whereas, the State Election Commission vide its notification No.SEC/4E-

II/2022/8191, dated 30.11.2022 had notified the name of Sh. Manoj Kumar S/o Sh.Shri Chand under Section 161(4)

of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 as Panch, Ward No.1, Gram Panchayat Malkheri, Block & District Kaithal.

And Whereas the Director General, Development and Panchayat Department, Haryana, Chandigarh vide his

order No. ECA05-2024/83466-72, dated 01.08.2024 has informed that the resignation dated 06/02/2024 given by

Shri Manoj Kumar S/o Shri Chand, Panch, Ward No.1, Gram Panchayat Malkheri, Block and District Kaithal from

the post of Panch, which was received by the recommendation letter No. 3731/Panchayat, dated 03/07/2024 of the

Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal, is accepted with immediate effect under Section 5 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj

Act, 1994.

In view of the position stated above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of

Shri Manoj Kumar S/o Shri Chand, Panch, Ward No.1, Gram Panchayat Malkheri, Block and District Kaithal with

immediate effect.
