Notification

The 27th September, 2024

No. SEC/4E-II/2024/807.— Whereas, the State Election Commission vide its notification No. SEC/4E-II/

2022/8155, dated 30.11.2022 had notified the name of Sh. Sanjay Kumar S/o Sh. Rajbir under Section 161(4)

of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 as Panch, Ward No. 13, Gram Panchayat Gaibipur, Block Barwala,

District Hisar.

And Whereas the Director General, Development and Panchayat Department, Haryana, Chandigarh vide his

order No. ECA05-2024/81384-90, dated 26.07.2024 has informed that the resignation dated 06/02/2024 given by

Sh. Sanjay Kumar S/o Sh. Rajbir, Panch, Ward No. 13, Gram Panchayat Gaibipur, Block Barwala, District Hisar

from the post of Panch, which was received by the recommendation letter No. 2156/Panchayat, dated 02.07.2024

of the Deputy Commissioner, Hisar, is accepted with immediate effect under Section 5 of the Haryana Panchayati

Raj Act, 1994.

In view of the position stated above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of

Sh. Sanjay Kumar S/o Sh. Rajbir, Panch, Ward No. 13, Gram Panchayat Gaibipur, Block Barwala, District Hisar

with immediate effect.
