Notification

The 1st October, 2024

No. SEC/4E-II/2024/866.— Whereas, the State Election Commission had notified the name of Smt. Deepika

w/o Sh.Ramu Gulia under Section 161(4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 as Panch, Ward No.1, Gram

Panchayat Bursham, Block Israna, District Panipat vide notification No. SEC/4E-II/2022/7295, dated 30.11.2022.

And Whereas the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Panipat vide his order

dated 23.07.2024 has removed Smt.Deepika w/o Sh. Ramu Gulia, Panch, Ward No. 1, Gram Panchayat Bursham,

Block Israna, District Panipat under Section 51(3)(b) of the Haryana Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 on account of being

ineligible at the time of election during the 6th Panchayat General Election 2022.

In view of the position stated above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of

Smt. Deepika w/o Sh. Ramu Gulia, Panch, Ward No.1, Gram Panchayat Bursham, Block Israna, District Panipat

with immediate effect.
