The 21st October, 2024

No. SEC/4E-II/2024/917.— Whereas, the State Election Commission, Haryana vide its notification

No. SEC/E-II/2022/8398, dated 30.11.2022 had notified the name of Sh. Deepak Malik, President, Zila Parishad,

Kaithal under section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

And whereas, The Deputy Commissioner-cum-Presiding Officer, Zila Parishad, Kaihal vide his letter No.1527,

dated 14.10.2024 has informed that in a meeting held on 14.10.2024 “No Confidence Motion” has been passed

against Sh. Deepak Malik, President, Zila Parishad, Kaithal consequently the Deputy Commissioner-cum-Presiding

Officer, Zila Parishad, Kaithal has requested to denotify his name from the post of President, Zila Parishad, Kaithal .

In view of the above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Sh. Deepak Malik

as President, Zila Parishad, District Kaithal with immediate effect.
