No. DPH/ECA-5/268/2024.— In the exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 and 9 of the Haryana

Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 (11 of 1994) read with rule 3 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Election Rules, 1994, the

following amendment is hereby made in Haryana Government, Development and Panchayats Department, order No.

DPH/ECA-2/37/2022 dated 21st September, 2022 in respect to District Gurugram, namely:-

Amendment

In the Haryana Government, Development and Panchayats Department order No. DPH/ECA-2/37/2022 dated

21st September, 2022, in the existing Schedule, the following amendment is hereby made namely:-

(i)

at page no. 3401, in block Farrukh Nagar, at serial no. 39, against Gram Panchayat Rajupur, against

column no. 5, the figure ‘1’ be read as ‘0’

(ii)

at page no. 3404, in block Sohna , at serial no. 25, against Gram Panchayat Mahendwara, against

column no. 5, the figure ‘1’ be read as ‘0’
