No. 30/21/2024-3SW.— In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 87 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and

Protection) Model Rules, 2016 and in supersession of Haryana Government, Women and Child Development

Department, Notification No. 287-SW(3)-2022, dated 1st June, 2022, the Governor of Haryana hereby constitutes a

Selection Committee consisting of the following members for the purposes of the said rule namely:-

The terms and conditions of the Selection Committee shall be as under:-

(i)

The tenure of the Selection Committee shall be till 31.05.2025 (remaining period).

(ii)

The Chairperson of the Selection Committee shall be paid honorarium of Rs. 3000/- (Three thousand rupees)

per meeting besides Dearness Allowance of Rs. 500/- (Five hundred rupees) per day.

(iii)

Travel Expenses shall be reimbursed to Chairperson of Selection Committee on actual basis as per mode of

Transport and two other members shall paid TA/DA as per the rules of their Universities (in which they are

serving on full time basis).
