Notification

The 25th November, 2024

No. 1136.— In exercise of powers vested in the Tribunal by virtue of Section 53(2) of the Real Estate

(Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, following regulations are made:

1.

It is hereby resolved that in the eventuality if a judgment is delivered by the Tribunal with the Chairman,

sitting singly or along with Member(s), law laid down in Datia Seshi Reddy v. State of U.P.-1978 Supreme

(AP) 72 would prevail.

2.

Reserved orders when fixed for pronouncement would be pronounced by the Chairman in order to avoid delay.

3.

Wherever necessary, the Bench is at liberty to direct issuance of copy of the order under signatures of the

Bench Secretary. In such eventuality, Registry would also upload the order forthwith.
