Notification

The 2nd December, 2024

No. SEC/4E-II/2024/1067.— Whereas, the State Election Commission, Haryana vide its notification

No. SEC/E-II/2023/289, dated 21.01.2023 had notified the name of Smt. Dimple Rani W/o Sh. Bhagat Singh as

Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Guhla, District Kaithal under section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

And whereas the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Kaithal vide his letter

No. 7080/Panchayat, dated 29.11.2024 has informed that in a meeting held on 27.11.2024, “No Confidence Motion”

has been passed against Smt. Dimple Rani, Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Guhla, District Kaithal. He has requested to

de-notify her name accordingly.

In view of the above, the State Election Commission, Haryana, hereby denotifies the name of Smt. Dimple

Rani W/o Sh. Bhagat Singh as Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Guhla, District Kaithal with immediate effect.
