Notification

The 5th December, 2024

No. SEC/4E-II/2024/1116.— Whereas, the State Election Commission, Haryana vide its notification

No. SEC/E-II/2023/289, dated 21.01.2023 had notified the name of Smt. Sunita Devi W/o Sh. Bhushal Lal,

Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Bilaspur, District Yamuna Nagar under section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj

Act, 1994.

And whereas the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Yamuna Nagar vide his

letter No. 6858/Panchayat PC-3, dated 03.12.2024 has informed that in a meeting held on 28.11.2024, “No

Confidence Motion” has been passed against Smt. Sunita Devi, Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Bilaspur, District

Yamuna Nagar. He has requested to de-notify her name accordingly.

In view of the above, the State Election Commission, Haryana, hereby denotifies the name of Smt. Sunita Devi

W/o Sh. Bhushan Lal, Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Bilaspur, District Yamuna Nagar with immediate effect.
