Notification

The 10th December, 2024

No. 871.— Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana that Land specified below is needed urgently to

the Public expenses for the public purpose, namely construction and strengthening the Road from Dhani Bhakran to

Jhumpa Kalan Tehsil Siwani Distt. Bhiwani

It is hereby notified that the land in the area described below is required for the above purpose.

This notification is made under the provision of Sub-section (i) section 11 of The Right to Fair Compensation

and Transparency in Land acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Act 2013) (Central Act 30 of 2013) to all

whom may concern.

In exercise of the powers conferred by aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana hereby authorizes the

officers of PW(B&R) Department, Haryana with their employee & workmen for the time being engaged in the

undertaking to enter upon and survey the land in the area and to allow other Acts required or permitted by that

section.

Any person interested, who has any objection to the acquisition of any land in the area may, within a period

Sixty days (60 days) of the publication of this notification in the officials Gazette, file an objection, if any, in writing

before the Land Acquisition Collector, Public Works Department (Building & Road) Branch Bhiwani.

The Plan of the land may be inspected in the offices of Land Acquisition Collector, Public Work Department

(Building and Road Branch) Bhiwani and the Executive Engineer Provl. Divn. PWD B & R Br., Bhiwani.
