Notification

The 11th December, 2024

No. SEC/4E-II/2024/1136.— Whereas the State Election Commission, Haryana vide its notification

No. SEC/E-II/2023/289, dated 21.01.2023 had notified the names of Smt. Mahindro Devi W/o Sh. Ashok Kumar as

Chairman and Sonu S/o Sh. Sube Singh as Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Pundri, District Kaithal under section

161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

And whereas the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Kaithal vide letters

No. 1456 and 1457, dated 09.12.2024 has informed that in the meetings held on 04.12.2024 “No Confidence Motion”

has been passed against Smt. Mahindro Devi W/o Sh. Ashok Kumar, Chairman and Sonu S/o Sh. Sube Singh,

Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Pundri, District Kaithal respectively. He has requested to de-notify their names as

Chairman and Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Pundri respectively.

In view of the above, the State Election Commission, Haryana, hereby denotifies the name of Smt. Mahindro Devi

W/o Sh. Ashok Kumar and Sonu S/o Sh. Sube Singh from the seat of Chairman and Vice-Chairman of Panchayat

Samiti, Pundri, District Kaithal respectively with immediate effect.
