Notification
The 31st January, 2025
No. 28RA/199/XI/46.— Whereas appears to the Governor of Haryana that land is likely to be required to be
taken by Government at the public expenses, for a public purpose for construction a road from Malvi to Farmana
road Tehsil Julana & District Jind. It is hereby noticed that the land in the locality described below is likely to be
required for the above purpose.
This notification is made under the provision of Section -11 the right to fair compensation of transparency in
Land Acquisition & rehabilitation a re-settlement Act, 2013 (Act. 30 of 2013) to all whom it may concern.
In exercise of the powers confirmed by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana is please to authorize
the officers for the time being engaged in the under taking, with their servant’s workman to enter upon and survey
and land in the locality and do all other acts by that section.
Any person interested who have any objection to the acquisition of any land in the locality may within 60
days of the publication of this notification in the Official Gazettes or two daily newspapers, calculating in the locality
of which at least one shall be in the regional language or publicity in locality, whichever is later, file objection, if
any, in writing before the Land acquisition Collector, PWD B&R Hissar.
Plans of land may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition Collector, PWD B&R Br, Hissar and the
Executive Engineer, PWD B&R, Provincial Division No. 1, Rohtak.
