The 10th January, 2025

No. 22942.— In exercise of the powers conferred under rule 5 of the Aadhaar Authentication for Good

Governance (Social Welfare, Innovation, Knowledge) Rules, 2020, and in reference to letter No. 13(4)/2020-

EG-II (Vol-7), dated 25th November, 2024 issued by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology,

Government of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby notifies the use of Aadhaar authentication services, on

voluntary basis, for establishing the identity of various users involved in the licensing process, viz technical

persons (architect/engineer), colonizer/developer/land owner or their authorized persons/signatories etc. during

online submission and processing of license application, using e-KYC authentication facility on the portal at

https://tcpharyana.gov.in/.
