The 14th January, 2025

No. MS/HSLSA/3(18)/470.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 A of the Legal Services

Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act, 39 of 1987), the Haryana State Legal Services Authority hereby makes the

following amendment in the Notification No.MS/HSLSA /3(18) dated 20th April, 1998 of the High Court Legal

Services Committee to exercise the powers and perform the functions conferred or assigned under the Act:-

In the Notification No. MS/HSLSA/3(18) dated 20th April, 1998 as amended vide notification

No. MS/HSLSA/3(18)9407 dated 22.11.2023 the following entry shall be substituted in place of

“Chairman” and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sureshwar Thakur, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court,

Chandigarh.
