You are therefore, informed by this notice that in spite of 696 repeated notices issued against you Opponent

No. 2. It is not served upon you. Therefore you are hereby directed that you should remain present before this

Tribunal in person on the 24th day of January, 2025 at 10-45 a.m. to give reply of the said petition tiling which the

said petition shall be heard and decided in your absence.
