The 16th January, 2025

No. 7/31/2014-3AR.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3 of the

Haryana Right to Service Act, 2014 (4 of 2014), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendation of the

Commission hereby makes the following amendment in the Haryana Government, General Administration

Department (Administrative Reforms Branch), notification No. 7/31/2014-3AR, dated the 30th November, 2023,

namely:-

Amendment

In the Haryana Government, General Administration Department (Administrative Reforms Branch),

notification No. 7/31/2014-3AR, dated the 30th November, 2023, in the Schedule, under columns 3 and 4,-

(i)

against serial number 1, for the existing heading ‘Release of Temporary Connection’ and item (i), the

following heading and item shall be substituted, namely:-

“Release of Temporary connection (Except Agriculture

Pumping (AP) Category)

(i) LT Supply

From receipt of complete application,

charges, documents.

 In Metropolitan areas

 In Other Municipal Areas

 In Rural Areas
