No. HPPA/Reg.-02/First Amendment.— In exercise of powers available under sub-section (1) of Section 46
read with sub-section (3) of Section 16 of the Haryana Parivar Pehchan Act, 2021, the Haryana Parivar Pehchan
Authority, hereby, makes following regulations by amendments in Schedule I of the Haryana Parivar Pehchan
Authority (Appointment of Temporary Staff) Regulations, 2023, namely:-

Short title and commencement
(i)
These Regulations may be called the Haryana Parivar Pehchan Authority (Appointment of Temporary Staff)
First Amendment Regulations,2024.
(ii)
These regulations shall come into the force on the date of their publication on the website of Haryana
Parivar Pehchan Authority.

In the Haryana Parivar Pehchan Authority (Appointment of Temporary Staff) Regulations,2023, Schedule I,
