Notification

The 5th February, 2025

No. SEC/4E-II/2025/175.— Whereas, the State Election Commission, Haryana vide its notification

No. SEC/ E-II/2023/289, dated 21.01.2023 had notified the name of Sh. Koshal S/o Sh. Jai Singh as Vice-Chairman,

Panchayat Samiti, Nuh, District Nuh under section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

And whereas the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Nuh vide letter No. 2384/

Panchayat, dated 31.01.2025 has informed that in the meeting held on 07.01.2025, “No Confidence Motion” has

been passed against Sh. Koshal S/o Sh. Jai Singh, Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Nuh, District Nuh. He has

requested to de-notify his name as Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Nuh, District Nuh.

In view of the above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Sh. Koshal S/o

Sh. Jai Singh from the seat of Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Nuh, District Nuh with immediate effect.
