Notification

The 6th February, 2025

No. SEC/4E-II/2025/188.— Whereas, the State Election Commission, Haryana vide its notification No. SEC/

E-II/2023/289, dated 21.01.2023 had notified name of Sh. Deepak Kundu S/o Sh. Mahender Kundu as

Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Pillukhera, District Jind under section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act,

1994.

And whereas the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Jind vide letter No. 690/

Panchayat-Election, dated 31.01.2025 has informed that in the meeting held on 03.01.2025, “No Confidence

Motion” has been passed against Sh. Deepak Kundu So Sh. Mahender Kundu, Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti,

Pillukhera, District Jind. He has requested to de-notify his name as Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Pillukhera,

District Jind.

In view of the above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies name of Sh. Deepak Kundu

S/o Sh. Mahender Kundu from the seat of Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Pillukhera, District Jind with

immediate effect.
