No. 30/01/2025-4SW.— In supersession of Haryana Government Notification No. 409-SW(4)-2022, dated

28.07.2022 the Governor of Haryana is pleased to re-constitute the State Award Selection Committee for a period of

three year w.e.f. 19.11.2024 to 18.11.2027 for selection of persons for National/State Awards for the physically

disabled persons in the Haryana State as under:-

and Antyodaya (SEWA)

Additional Chief Secretary to Government Haryana, Social Justice, Empowerment,

State Commission of Persons with Disabilities Haryana

5.

Director General Health Services Haryana

6.

Director, Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes

The main function of the Committee will be to recommend/ select disabled persons/organizations etc. for the

National/State Awards during the year.



The Headquarters of the Committee will be at Chandigarh.



The entire expenditure involved will be incurred under the Head “2235-Social Security & Welfare-02-Social

Welfare-101-Welfare of Disabled-State Award to outstanding employer/ placement officer of the disabled

and most efficient Disabled employer/ self employed disabled persons”.
