No. 2/1/2024-1HC.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (2) of rule 5 of the Telecommunications

(Procedures and Safeguards for Lawful Interception of Messages) Rules, 2024 and in supersession of the Haryana

Government, Home Department, Notification No. 2/1/2011-1H(C), dated the 21st January, 2011, the Governor of

Haryana hereby constitutes a review committee consisting of the following members, namely:-

1.

Chief Secretary to Government, Haryana,

Chairperson;

2.

Financial Commissioner and Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Haryana,

Revenue and Disaster Management Department,

Member; and

3.

Legal Remembrancer and Administrative Secretary to Government, Haryana,

Law and Legislative Department.

Member.

The headquarter of the review committee shall be at Chandigarh.
