Notification

The 14th February, 2025

No. G.S.R. 5/Const./Art. 309/2025.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the

Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana

Renewable Energy (Group B) Service Rules, 1998, namely: -

These Rules may be called the Haryana Renewable Energy (Group B) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2025.

(2)

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

In the Haryana Renewable Energy (Group B) Service Rules, 1998 and for the words “Renewable Energy”

wherever occurring, the words “New and Renewable Energy” shall be substituted.
